Two Riverside

Two Riverside

Two Riverside transforms Miami’s Brickell skyline with a slender, sculptural form rising 59 stories (720 ft) above the Miami River waterfront. The tower sits on a narrow, challenging lot where precision-driven cast-in-place concrete and post-tensioned slabs create slender verticality and material elegance. Deep setbacks and recessed balconies articulate its façade rhythm, while curtain-wall glazing animates the structure with reflections of water and sky. The podium seamlessly extends the public Riverwalk, anchoring the project with two urban plazas punctuated by lush specimen trees. Inside, 169 residences (studios to three bedrooms) are positioned to maximize views and natural light. Common amenities span floors 2–5 and 57, including a pool deck, wellness spaces, and co-working lounges that foster both community and privacy. A signature mural on the south elevation enriches the public realm and signals the building’s civic presence.
By weaving structural clarity, contextual design, and public integration, Two Riverside sets a new standard for residential architecture along the Miami River.
